    We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, returning or exchanging them should be no problem.

    **SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS**

    Returns/Exchanges:

    • Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.
    • Orders shipped to international addresses must contact customer service (info@tommyowenseyewear.com) to obtain a return label.

    If your Tommy Owens glasses have a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace them for you at no cost.

    If you are still determining if your desired model will fit, please look at our sizing guide on our website first. We also try to have as many pictures of each model as possible to give you a better idea of what they look like.

    . Wipe clean any loose dirt and drift using a microfiber or lint-free cloth.

    2. Mix a small amount of unscented dish soap or detergent with water.

    3. Dip your cloth in the mixture and wring out any excess water.

    4. Use a damp cloth to wipe all surfaces of the sunglasses clean, including the lens.

    5. Use a dry towel and wipe clean then let air dry for an hour.

    6. Once dry, choose one of the following waxes and lightly brush on using a clean microfiber or lint free cloth.

    • Beeswax 
    • Lip-balm 
    • Butcher block oil 
    • Walnut oil

    We stand by the quality of our products. All Tommy Owens eyewear and sunglass frames are warranted against manufacturing defects for a full year. The warranty does not cover apparel, accessories, and other non-eyewear goods. If you have any issues, please reach out to our customer service team at info@tommyowenseyewear.com, and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

    We do not currently offer shop visits. However, we are incredibly thankful for your interest in our company.     Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.     If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

    Shipping

    Sunglasses typically ship in 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri). All of our sunglasses are handmade from scratch, so it can sometimes be challenging to keep up with the high demand for our product. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

    We’re happy to offer free shipping to the USA!

    International orders have a flat $30 fee for FedEx International Priority service. International orders may also be subject to import duties and taxes which we cannot cover.

    While we do ship globally, there are some countries we cannot ship to at this time. Countries we are not able to ship to at this time include, but are limited to the following:

    • Brazil
    • Russia
    • Greece
    • Israel
    • Malaysia
    • Netherlands
    • Antilles
    • Romania
    • Ukraine

    International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Tommy Owens has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and we have no way of knowing what these charges will be. Tommy Owens is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

    We’re very sorry to hear you're experiencing issues! We have worked hard to make our product as durable as possible but we know that, sometimes, things happen. We offer a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects and would be happy to repair or replace your glasses for you.     Please understand that no two pieces of wood are identical. Therefore, no two pairs of Tommy Owens products will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product will resemble, not as an exact representation. Minute differences should be expected in each product’s construction, as minor deviations are inherent to Tommy Owens’s handcrafted manufacturing process. Fortunately, Tommy Owens’s one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every pair of eyewear to leave the shop.

    Through our proprietary finishing techniques, Tommy Owens glasses are water-resistant and will not be affected by sweat or other small amounts of water. Excessive water exposure, including - but not limited to - submersion, may cause glasses to warp. 

    Tommy Owens sunglasses are handcrafted in our Chicago, Illinois, wood shop. We take great pride in purchasing our wood from authorized and supervised plantations across the globe while instituting daily operational policies directly targeted at minimizing our ecological footprint.
