It’s incredible how nit-picky we are.  Do you know why? Because of you.

You who wear our frames in the street, at work, with your friends, on vacation. You. Yes, our name is TommyOwens, but our brand is you. We make our frames with such attention to detail because we know that’s what you expect. When you dress up to go to work, or make a first impression, or dazzle the world with your beauty for a nice night out, our frames are the first thing people see when they look into your big blue eyes. And at that moment, nothing else matters to us except making sure you feel as incredible to wear the frames as we feel creating them.

Please understand that no two pieces of wood are identical. Therefore, no two pairs of TommyOwens products will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product will resemble, not as an exact representation. Minute differences should be expected in each product’s construction, as minor deviations are inherent to TommyOwens handcrafted manufacturing process. Fortunately, TommyOwens one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every pair of eyewear to leave the shop.

Items purchased directly from our online store are eligible for returns/exchange. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Additional billing may be required depending on the nature of your request, in which case a customer service representative will work with you to ensure the completion of your new order. Once received, your new exchange will ship within 1-2 weeks OR you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order.

Lost or stolen eyewear is not eligible for the warranty program. Only frames purchased at full-price, without any discount code, from Tommyowenseyewear.com or TommyOwens retail stores are eligible. A customer account is required to move forward with a replacement claim. Additional damage claims beyond the one (1) replacement frame are not included in this coverage. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all replacement claims to process.

Frames purchased at a discount of less than 40% off are eligible for the lifetime warranty program, wherein broken or damaged frames and lenses can be replaced for a standard fee. Final-sale frames purchased at discounts of 40% and greater, as well as frame styles purchased at sample sale events, are not eligible for the program.

Should accidental breakage occur, our warranty ensures replacement of your eyewear at a discounted rate (subject to availability). If a manufacturing defect arises, upon verification, we will replace the defective eyewear free of cost. All warranty replacements are subject to a $5 return shipping cost. Please email us at info@tommyowenseyewear.com with your warranty claims, including a description and picture of the damage. This applies only to frames purchased directly from TommyOwens or with an original sales receipt from third party retailers.
